I am waiting for my 1J5920846A. I have 2 question about the installation.
1. I do not have the "face" of a 8L Audi cluster. Is it possible to install the VW cluster with that face?
2. What should i do to have the open door light on my new cluster?

Hello Giannis,
we always talking about the same things....
You can install the VW Cluster but not in a seat leon 1M. Therefor you must have an Audi 8L Cluster.

You just have to connect the CAN Bus of the Comfort ECU to the instrument cluster. This is done by connecting the orange CAN wires from the Comfort ECU to pin 8&9 of the instrument cluster. I don't know which pin on which ECU is CANH and CANL so you will have to try it. AFAIK you can't damage anything by mixing up CANH and CANL

thanks, so i have to connect the orange wire of the ComfortECU (1 wire) to the pin 8 or 9 of the intrument cluster (green one). I have to try in which pin (8 or 9) to connect that wire.

I am waiting for my new VW cluster but an am looking for the from part of the Audi cluster. At the e-bay there not a lot clusters from Audi so it is difficult to try at the next days. When i have all the necessary part i will try it, then of course i will inform you.

I have another question. The cruise control light on the VW cluster works too?

Ich habe noch das Problem mit meinem Fis Tacho, das er die Geschwindigkeit ab ca. 120km/h falsch anzeigt, bei 200 auf dem Tacho bin ich dann schon bei ca. 220 auf dem Klimadisplay. Habe irgendwo gelesen das ändern der Wegimpulszahl könnte helfen, weiß jemand ob es jetzt daran liegen könnte, bevor ich jemanden aufsuche der mir helfen kann. Originaltacho, sowie vom Golf4 mit 260km/h Tachoblatt.
Bin da echt für jede Hilfe dankbar.

Mit VAG ist kein draufkommen auf Kanal 50, da zu alte Version...

Schon mal WBH Diag angetestet? Ich weiß aber nicht, ob der Funktionsumfang ausreichent ist. Mit meinem Interface hab ich es auf die Schnelle nicht zum Laufen bekomen. http://blafusel.de/obd/obd2_wbhdiag.html

Ja gestern Abend getestet, da sagt es mir das Kanal 50 nicht von meinem Steuergerät unterstützt wird, aber ansonsten ein Super Programm vor allem Kostenlos!!

Bin nun mit dem Entwickler im Dialog.

Ich wollte mich mit dem Motorsteuergerät verbinden, aber der hat dann gemeckert dass das Protokoll ??? (hab vergessen welches) nicht unterstützt wird. Hab dann aber auch noch nicht weiter nachgeschaut.
