Da ich Ja nunmal auch in Wolfsburg Wohne sowie eXistenZ und ich um Hilfe geboten wurde habe ich mich hier jetzt auch angemeldet Danke an Colt.

Wer wissen will was ich so treibe Kannn das im GTI-TDI Forum Nachlesen. :laughing:

Edit: So aufgeklärt wir haben einen anderen Golf Tacho angeschloßen und siehe da Temparaturanzeige sowie Tankanzeigen gehen ergo der Tacho ist defekt warum auch immer.:laughing:

Besteht eigentlich die Möglichkeit in nem Toledo V5 von 1999/2000 auch nen Tacho mit FIS nachrüsten zu können?

Hat der auch schon CAN oder sind da noch Arbeiten nötig bzw. welcher Tachoeinsatz ist nötig?

Hi to all, BIG PROBLEM!! ;(

I've just reached 30000km and SERVICE warning didn't appeared on the FIS..
I've try to turn off the power and return on but with no result..

Colt what's the matter?? ?(

my original softcode was 4104 and with geniom we set the new one to 22104..

here in Italy every 15000 km in the normal leon you have to do the SERVICE..

why in this tacho it didn't appear even if with the same softcode??

perhaps the service interval wasn't set correctly when you had it built in (it didn't adapt correctly to the new mileage programmed into the tacho). this happened to me too, reset it know, and after the next 15.000km it should appear at the correct time

and how can i reset the service interval??is it a thing that I can do, or must be done from my carseller??

for all if you change the cluster you have to code channel 40-45 and put in the days and km until the last service...

e.g.

last service at 30.000---> cluster changed at 41500km --> you have to fill in 115 ( for 11500km)...

ich denke mal da wird wieder nen W8 Tacho gewesen sein...mach mal von der Platine hinten und vorn ein Foto...

thanks colt, but i don't have the flexible service with oil sensor..yet..
so for now geniom told me to reset the service interval with this procedure:
press and old the button of the reset of the partial km.
turn on the ignition (but not the engine)
a message of service will appear
i release the reset button
the i turn 1 click right and 1 click left of the other button (the clock one)
SERVICE resetted.
and now when i reach 45000 the service message should appear.

i have to recode channels 40 and 45 anyway?
or it's enough the procedure that geniom told me??

this was the procedure for the FIX 15tKM Intervall...if you have done the reset, it should be okay for now...

i'm going to do this kind of reset right now.
what do you mean for now?
since i don't install the oil sensor i'll have the fixed service every 15k.if i reset now, at 45000km it will show the service again in the right way, right??

if you reset know the service will appear in 12000km and will count down untill 15000km are reached...

this has nothing to do with the oil sensor...your cluster is coded for fix service...normaly to make it work from the first minute yo have to code 40-45...but if you now reset it will be fine and will set 40-45 to '0'

ok i've done the reset!

was the above reset-procedure correct Colt??

so at 42000km it will start to warn me and start the count down till the 45000 anyway right??
i didn't know this..

Hat sich rausgestellt das es ein W8 Tacho is. Ich werd mich mal bei denen melden, kann doch nicht sein das man nen W8 Tacho wissentlich als Golf IV Tacho verkauft. Neuer Tacho is die Tage angekommen und der is diesmal wirklich vom Golf IV. Also alles noch mal von vorn

wenn du willst können wir den W8 auch gangbar machen...leider aber nur für Benziner...der W8 hat keine Vorglühanzeige..bzw hab ich noch nicht probiert die nachzurüsten

hier nochmal kleines Leckerli für die Leute, die ein großes Display haben, es jedoch dunkel bleibt...in naher Zukunft will ich da Ladedruck etc anzeigen lassen...

no it is something selfmade...i don't want to pay a lot of money for this feauture eg. some tools cost more than 300€...
