Hi to all!!Happy new year at everyone!!

Colt (and everyone that can help) could you reply to my old questions??

Which cangateway did you use in your leon??
and which softcode??
finally we in my leon we used 22104, cause we've find out that i don't have brake pad warning sensor working with the CCM, but only a different sensor that works with a the static icon like in the old Leon tacho..maybe it display anyway the message on fis or only the icon on??

and we have found out that i don't have the oil temperature sensor, so i'll have to install it aftermarket and then recode with 22114 to get it to work..
Could you help me in this "further upgrade" to use everything is possible from my new 1J5??

Obviously with no hurry, anyway i'm very happy cause after 1 year and 4 months i've get my 1J5 fully working on my Leon..And i'm the only one in Italy with this "upgrade" done on the Leon!!

And about the brake pad icon, in this days i've noticed that it NEVER turn on, neither at the turn on of the tacho..while in the old original leon tacho it appeared about 2 second at the turn on of the tacho..Maybe i've the wrong softcode??Wich one i should use??Or maybe this new tacho can't read the different signal of the other sensor (the one that doesn't cross the CCM) and it will never display nothing??Maybe the right sensor (used on the golf too) depends if there is ESP or only TCS..Maybe with ESP you have more sensors than With TCS and one of these could be the Brake pad..Right??Do you think i could do this upgrade too?? (i mean the install of the right sensor)Or is it too difficult to do??

hi boys, today with my friend cardealer we checked out my front driver's wheel and we established that I DON'T HAVE ANY BRAKE PAD SENSOR..in the old leon tacho i got the icon that blink at the turn on but only to check the led of the icon..

So i've to install this sensor..I've already saw that there is the brake pad with the sensor included as an aftermarket part, but my problem is: where to install that cable and connector??They go to CCM or not??
If is it so, where exactly it has to be connected in the CCM??

Okay - well, I saw that ebay seller also when I was looking around for new dials for my speedo, but I bought them here finally: http://www.k-tec-carconcepts.de/start.htm Maybe (if the problem with the red areas bothers you too much) that would be an alternative for you... the guy I was talking/ writing to seemed very professional - as of the final quality I cannot tell you anything yet because my dial is stil on the way (approx. €90).

I was considering your seller (resp. http://www.tuningart.at) but when I hear from your problems with the dials I am really glad I did not choose that one...

Nein - leider noch ned, wir haben zu 4ert eine sammelbestellung gemacht, dadurch hats so oder so länger gedauert und im moment warten "wir" noch auf invertierungsfolien für die displays die auch noch mitgesendet werden sollen (und bei K-tec ausgegangen sind ) aber sobald alles da ist kommen bilder

du brauchst soweit ich weiß aber ein anderes tachooberteil vom audi a3 8L. soweit ich weiß passen da auch bei weitem nicht alle tachios "einfach so"

hatte damals auch einen in meinem signo drinne...

Also finger weg von dem Tacho...Der Leon hat ab 2000 IMMO3...in der Regel kommt man besser gleich IMMO3 zu kaufen, wenn man nicht sicher ist...denn Immo 3 passt auch in Immo2 Fahrzeug

Mail mir doch mal was du für nen Tacho suchst und was du ausgeben willst...dann machen wir das

Ich weiß dass ich eine Audi A3 8L Abdeckung brauche, aber hat es jetzt einen Nachteil wenn ich bei meinem 2004 BJ Leon IMMO 3 habe, und aber auf einen IMMO 2 Tacho biete ?

Oder hat der 2004 Leon noch IMMO 2 ????

Nochmal zu deiner Frage...LEON HAT AB 05/2000 also MJ01 immer IMMO3! Also hat es einen Nachteil für dich auf diesen Tacho zu bieten...denn die WFS wird sich nicht anlernen lassen...
